Description

An exceptional and beautiful crystal chandelier by Baccarat Paris.  With five scrolling spirally fluted arms each with and electric blue sconce and drip tray issuing from a central blue glass bowl.  The five candle arms alternating with downward facing arms each supporting fuchsia shape pendants in blue. A further row of arms repeated on the shaft above also with fuchsia pendants with clear bowls above and below hung with Albert prisms.

A very rare and fine chandelier,  Helena Rubinstein commissioned a near identical version with opaque blue glass for her Salvador Dali dining room in her New York apartment in 1940.
